HR Advisor

Person Specification

• Experienced HR professional with experience of a full generalist role including managing complex ER issues, undertaking investigations and disciplinary hearings and offering line management guidance and support.
• CIPD Level 5 in HR Management is required and membership of the CIPD.
• Knowledge of the care industry or a regulated/compliance related industry would be an advantage.
• Experience of providing HR advice across the employee life cycle and a good understanding of employment law.
• A detail conscious and methodical working style is essential for this role with a conscientious approach in delivering high quality service.
• Effective time management and organisational skills are essential so you can work with appropriate autonomy in the role.
• Able to demonstrate an effective and confident communication style to engage and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues.
• Fabulous team player as we are a small team.
• Occasional travel to other sites as required.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel and other systems.
